ZOOMLesson 2- The Roman Republic
Today I will be able to analyze how Rome’s government and written laws helped create a stable society and paved the way for expansion. Warm up, graphic organizer, and exit ticket is all located in the google docs "Roman Republic Graphic Organizer" in your google classroom. 1. Warm up- You are an elected official in the Roman government. You are trying to protect the Plebeians (the common people); however, a new law is being passed that will hurt them. You can either veto the law and hurt your career OR help your career and let the new law be passed. What do you do and why? 2. Go over presentation as a class- fill out graphic organizer in google classroom for notes 3. Closure- Please compare and contrast your life today and life in Ancient Rome.
